I’m Igor Aronov, CFP®, founder of FAR Financial, financial planning firm based in Brooklyn, NY. I provide comprehensive, objective advice to help busy professionals and modern families organize their finances, plan effectively, and make confident long-term decisions.

Before founding FAR Financial, I spent nearly 30 years in design and technology, including more than a decade as a small-business owner. That experience taught me how to navigate complexity, balance competing priorities, and make thoughtful decisions under uncertainty and these are the skills I now bring to financial planning.

At FAR Financial, I help clients connect their day-to-day financial choices to a bigger picture that feels clear and manageable. My work includes cash flow planning, tax strategy, retirement readiness, risk management, education funding, and business planning and more. All delivered with professional expertise and real-world perspective.

The result is a planning process that’s transparent, actionable, and designed around your life and not your assets.

Outside of my work with clients, I’m still drawn to photography, music, and travel, and I enjoy life in Brooklyn with my family and our dog.

I believe financial planning isn’t only about numbers. It’s about feeling confident in your decisions and calm about what’s ahead. I aim to create a space that’s clear, judgment-free, and genuinely collaborative.

My job is to take what feels scattered and design a plan that’s doable, flexible, and truly yours. Then I help you put it into action. I’ll be here when life changes course: whether it’s a job shift, a new business idea, or an unexpected expense so your plan can change with it.

I became a financial planner because I realized too many smart, capable people feel lost when it comes to money. My goal is to bring clarity and confidence where there’s often stress and uncertainty.
